NORTHAM, MICHAEL [MNORTHAM] — Stochastic Embroidery
More Info
"i could see the mossy stump from my window - and would get the smallest glimmer of sun rays soaking down to where my small studio was.
the first track was from a running mix - using video from outside - ended up on youtube and was selected here to introduce this collection.
the second track combines deep desert in nw colorado with coastal wetness in a bunker at fort warden in port townsend washington - thanks for incidental movements of amanda and trip who joined along here - and that mysterious canyon that i passed only a few days before hand.
the last track reminded me of old tv static - with embedded arabesque patterns infused - something perhaps that is everywhere all the time anywhere - only if we were to get out of the way to hear it." michael northam.
this is the first michael northam cd in over a decade!
Presented in a recycled cardboard gatefold sleeve with a photo sticker on the front and a 350 g cardboard insert inside.
Limited to 250 handnumbered copies.
