Helge Sten, aka Deathprod, has been a central character on the Norwegian independent scene for 20 years as a recording artist, occasional member of and producer for Motorpsycho, founder member of Supersilent and producer for Arve Henriksen, Susanna Wallumrod and Jenny Hval to mention a few. "Imaginary Songs From Tristan Da Cunha" was originally released through the old division of dBut in 1996. All sleeves were made by hand and a total of 500 numbered copies were printed. It was also part of the Deathprod box set (RCD2036), now sold out and deleted." [label info]
